Since all our magnets are made to order, we do not offer refunds, unless the product received has defects due to our error. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and make it right. We’re here to help! All orders are custom-made, so please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Each magnet is made with care to ensure it’s perfect before being shipped!

Most orders are shipped via USPS. Continental US orders typically take 2-8 business days to arrive. Looking to expedite your order? Just reach out to us, and we’ll help you out!

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We strive to offer the most affordable rates possible while ensuring safe delivery of your custom magnets.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package’s journey!

Shipping Delays:
While I always do my best to get your order to you on time, please understand that shipping delays may occur beyond my control, especially during busy times or due to unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for your patience!

International Shipping:
At this time, I am only able to ship within the U.S. We are hoping to open international shipping some day.
