How do I send you my photo?
Once you select your magnet quantity, you'll see a photo upload field. Click the button and choose your image right from your phone or computer, it’s easy! Don't forget to use the crop tool in the upload window to crop your photos to how you want it to show on your magnet.

What size are the magnets?
We currently offer two sizes:

• 2x2 inches — a small square, perfect for simple snapshots, pet photos, or doodles

• 2.5x3.5 inches — a portrait-style magnet, great for family photos, portraits, or artwork

Both sizes are designed with a strong hold and a clean, layered finish, perfect for fridges, lockers, desks, or gift boxes.

What kind of photos work best?
Bright, clear photos with good lighting and subjects centered in photo are ideal. Avoid blurry, dark, or cropped images. 

How long does it take to receive my order?
I handcraft each magnet myself. Orders typically ship out within 3–5 business days. Most of the time, it's sooner than that. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it’s on the way!

Can I send one as a gift?
Absolutely! Just use the recipient’s address at checkout.

Where do you ship to?
Currently, I ship within the United States. If you're international and would like to place an order, please feel free to message me.

Do you offer discounts on bundles?
Yes! You can save by ordering 3, 6, or 9 magnets. Just select your bundle on the product page and upload each photo. We offer a discount on bulk orders as well. Just send us a message for bulk orders.
